Unfortunately, Mozilla does not provide live support. If the messages are not there, then you'll need to load a different profile until you find what you're looking for.īut this is just a bit of busywork - the steps to do everything remain the same regardless. If you have multiple profiles to choose from, you will need to load each one individually, see if your messages are there and then save them. The tricky part in all this will be locating the correct older profile that holds your missing messages. Replace the older profile for the newer one (or its backup) when choosing a profile to install.

At that point, you can locate and save to your hard drive the older messages you were looking for.
Once loaded, your older files and folders should become available to you.
